This is the title of AySay’s first release in a year. ”Ben Beklemem” is the first single from their upcoming debut album, which bears the name ”Su Akar” - water flows.
In the first single, we are taken on board the wave of nostalgic 70s psych-rock, that legends like Selda Bagcan and Baris Manco created, and which bands like Dutch Altin Gün now tour the world with. The wild instrument ”zurna” which is a regular part of Middle Eastern weddings guests the band with Turkish Ozan Demir and gives the classic set-up a particularly dusty, village vibe, along with the baglama.
